Thrive Programme 2025 - thriving a year later with The Green Team

Weekday Volunteers – join us

We are looking for volunteers to work alongside our skilled staff team to help support our weekday programmes including.

Do you have the right combination of empathy, patience and enthusiasm to help young people on their personal development journey through nature connection?

If you enjoy spending time outdoors, working with young people and learning new skills whilst making a practical contribution to the environment and your community then we’d love to explore the opportunity for you to volunteer with The Green Team.

All of our programmes rely on volunteers to support our project coordinators in delivering challenging, fun and rewarding outdoor activities for young people. We provide training in areas such as health and safety, leadership, outdoor activities and child protection for our volunteer leaders (all for free) so all you need is a sense of adventure, lots of enthusiasm and a little bit of patience.
