Get closer to nature this Mental Health Awareness Week
Mental Health Awareness Week, hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, runs this year from the 10th-16th May.
This year’s theme is NATURE! It’s not just about nature but how we make connections to it that makes the difference to our wellbeing. For the last 12 months many of us have turned to nature for solace. Mark Rowland, CEO of the Mental Health Foundation explains that “Nature is our great untapped resource for a mentally healthy future.” A firm belief in The Green Team philosophy and at the cornerstone of everything we do.

Activities to connect with nature: indoors & out!
We first published this collection of activities at the start of lockdown in March 2020. We wanted to provide a resource for everyone to connect with nature whether they were able to get outdoors or not.
The resource is jam-packed with ideas and inspiration for all the family to connect with and enjoy nature.
