Green Volunteers and Green Angels set to restart this month
If you were one of the people working towards your DofE volunteering or skill section when lockdown happened you will be pleased to know that we are getting our Green Volunteers and Green Angels weekend programmes back up and running from August.
We have some great projects planned, cutting back vegetation, planting trees and clearing footpaths in our local community. There is lots of work to do as green spaces haven’t had the usual care and attention they deserve.
Our new normal involves smaller groups, meeting on site, distancing and rigorously cleaning shared tools and equipment.
