Adobe and The Green Team
The Edinburgh-based Adobe Systems team were looking for a local partner to help connect their staff with meaningful environmental action and community impact. They approached The Green Team in early 2025 and we have been developing a wonderful partnership ever since.
It all started with nature conservation.
Through an inspiring combination of regular volunteering days and nature-based activities, throughout the year, employees are able to step away from their desks to take part in hands-on conservation work, supporting local green spaces while strengthening team connections.
Deepening the connection
From there, the relationship has continued to develop as the Adobe team also enjoy the many benefits of The Green Team’s wellbeing and creative activities. From Christmas wreath making to crafting bird feeders from willow branches, there is the opportunity to bring people together, whatever the season!
Along the way, the Adobe team also help fundraise for The Green Team with a range of activities ranging from bake sales to the Edinburgh Kiltwalk. Thanks to the Benevity scheme which matches the money raised, Adobe’s financial contribution brings much-needed funds to The Green Team to support our essential work with young people.
More than a win-win

A shared experience
Recently, Robert Rose, a Senior Director, Global Enterprise Support for Adobe, joined his Edinburgh colleagues for a Green Team session.
